Automatic Hydraulic Crane
Self Erecting Tower Crane
Self- erecting cranes are distinguished by a completely automatic assembly and disassembly procedure avoiding almost all manual interventions and limiting them just to the control operations, all the functions and assembly operations are driven by hydraulic devices that can be driven by cable remote control or radio control. At the end of the cranes use in the building sites the machines can be folded down as one unit maintaining the necessary ballast for the following assembly on, the dimensions come under the transport size in order to easily move them from a building site to the other one by loading them on a trailer or by drawing them in case they are provided with type-approved braking axles.
Modular Tower Crane - City Crane Version
The line of tower cranes with modular assembly called “City Crane”, includes models with jib length up to 70 mts, and free heights up to 70 mts, load capacity up to 8 tons, the modularity gives the possibility to compose the machines in various ways depending on the customers requirements or based on the building site’s needs. It is possible to choose between a large selection of options, specific accessories and special equipments that integrates and completes the functional high level of this line of machines, all the control functions are repeated at the base of the tower in order to drive the crane from any position. The assembly and disassembly are executed by the use of mobile crane, for this reason all the structural parts have been designed and realized in order to make these procedures faster and safer. In the meantime, the cranes of this line reconcile high level technical performances with structural solutions pleasant to look at.
Modular Tower Crane - Hydraulic Assembly Version
The cranes models related to the TSMH line are provided with a hydraulic self-erecting structure, called assembling climber, to enable the raising of the tower of the crane up to 70mts free height and up to 120mts height with anchorages to the building. Once the assembly of the crane is concluded, the climber can be brought to the ground and can be used for the assembly of another similar crane. The dimensional characteristics, up to 70 mts jib and the load capacity, up to 10 tons, give the possibility to utilize these cranes for the construction of large and high buildings.
